What can I request from a creator?+
Each creator sets their own offers: what they’ll make, the price, and how it’s delivered. Pick one from their profile and tell them what you want.
When am I charged?+
Your card is held at checkout, not charged. You’re only charged if the creator accepts. If they decline or don’t respond in time, the hold is released.
Who owns the content?+
The creator keeps the copyright. You get a personal license to watch, download, and share it. Reselling it or using it in ads isn’t included.
How long does it take?+
Creators have 48 hours to accept. Each package shows how long delivery takes, often 3 days. Some offer a faster rush option. If they miss the deadline, you’re refunded in full automatically.
Can I book something as a gift?+
Yes. Choose “Someone else” when you book and pick a surprise date. We’ll keep the delivery hidden until that morning, so you can share it on the day.
