curated.watch provides personalized watch recommendations and optional buying guidance. Our recommendations are opinions based on the information you share and our own research and taste. They are advisory — the decision to purchase any watch is entirely yours.

We are independent and not affiliated with any watch brand, retailer, or marketplace unless explicitly stated. When we suggest where to buy, we share our honest assessment, but we cannot guarantee the pricing, availability, condition, or authenticity of any item sold by a third party. Always do your own due diligence before purchasing.

Consultation fees are agreed before work begins. Once we confirm the scope of your inquiry, we'll send a secure payment link. Fees for completed consultation work are non-refundable except at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, curated.watch is not liable for any losses arising from purchasing decisions you make, or from your dealings with any third-party seller. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant consultation.
