Cushion case watches
cushion case watch
A cushion case is a soft square — rounded corners with a pillow-like footprint — a shape with vintage chronograph and dress roots that wears differently from a round case of the same width.
How it wears
Cushion cases often look smaller on the wrist than their widest millimeter suggests, or conversely feel more distinctive at modest sizes. Lug geometry still decides overhang; measure lug to lug as usual.
Style brief
Cushions signal character: retro chronograph energy or elegant mid-century dress. If you want maximum invisibility under a cuff, a slim round dress case may still win. If you want personality without a loud dial, cushion is a strong lever.
