- Pick a package, tell ric what you want, and pay. Your card is held, not charged. ric has 24 hours to accept, and you're only charged if they do.
- How long does ric take to deliver?
- Usually within 3 days of accepting. Some packages offer a faster rush option. If the deadline passes, you're refunded automatically.
- Can I book ric as a gift?
- Yes. Choose "Someone else" when you book and pick a reveal date. The delivery stays hidden until that morning, then we email you so you can share it.
